Immersive Meditation Experiences
This is not your average meditation.
Breathwork offers a unique opportunity for an expansion of awareness that is not normally experienced in everyday waking consciousness. It can be transformative, inspirational, cathartic and can leave you feeling lighter, open and more connected.
By utilizing a rhythmic breathing pattern, intention and the proper environment we can create an opportunity for expanded states of awareness, or non-ordinary states or consciousness, which provides a multitude of benefits.
The goal of this practice is to help you experience your own ability to access healing, clarity and connection in a easy, approachable and experiential way.
While the experience itself is subjective and different every time, some of the possibilities of breathwork include (but are not limited to!):
- Access to non-ordinary states of consciousness which can offer new and expanded perspectives
- Personal empowerment
- Release of suppressed or stuck energy and emotion
- Coming home to your body and the wisdom contained within
- Connection to intuition, spirit and source
- Exploration of inner worlds and beyond
- Heart opening
- Inner peace
- Enhanced creativity
- A sense of renewal
- Deep rest and recovery
No matter what you experience within a breathwork session, it will always be exactly what you need at that time.
I recently participated in a breathwork session with Marina while on a Restorative Yoga/Sound Healing retreat in the NC mountains. I was blown away (no hyperbole here!) by the experience. Marina sets the stage with full confidence and consumable compassion, putting all ego aside to let the breath work its natural magic. I’m looking forward to a session with my wife in the near future so that she can experience this wonderful gift with me!

... Aside from natural childbirth twice, this was the most incredible thing I've ever experienced.
... Staying here in my body has been really easy, I've felt really calm, Its been easier to breathe. I feel reset. I feel new. I feel like a different human, I feel like I've taken off a backpack full of shit that I just don't need anymore. I feel open to the possibilities of what may be and I feel like I'm getting out of my own way in ways that I've been blocking myself from progressing and growing in the past.

Held in the sacred, safe space of her home, the intentional secure balance placed on her land is apparent, with immediate feelings of comfort. It’s a relaxed, yet energized ambience and atmosphere. There is ample time in the beginning to casually converse, to get acquainted and settle in with others at the session, feeling more like a gathering of friends and loved ones. Marina is simple and steady in her explanation, walking us through the process of what is about to transpire, with a clear path for each individual to go at their own desired pace, without any expectations. The work is intense - depending on one's intention, it’s called breath “work” for a reason. Deep conditionings were removed in an instant, visits and messages were expressed from family and friends who have transitioned to beyond physical life, and Nothingness was felt and known in a way as never before. And like other work, once the hard part is over, then is the time to rest, observe, and integrate. (like Savasana after a yoga practice) The entire time I felt secure, held, received. I had not expected this to feel as amazing as it did. Truly transformational. Her gentle yet stable guidance and encouragement to take whatever time we needed, was essential in my connecting in a more embodied way than ever. Marina is gifted in what she does, and deeply cares about her work; her love, compassion, and support are vividly felt throughout the experience. I engage regularly in individual and group mind+body+spirit healing modalities, yet it never ceases to amaze me when I experience something so potent and powerful that it renders me speechless. In immense gratitude.
